The People Culture and Wellbeing Service provides a holistic approach to the future development of our people and the organisation. The Health Safety and Wellbeing Branch (HSWB) provide expert advice, consultancy and support to the SAPOL community for health, safety, injury management and wellbeing.
The Training, Development and Communications Lead is responsible for the coordination, development and delivery of state-wide health safety and wellbeing training and for the design and delivery of SAPOL-specific safety campaigns and communications.
The role works collaboratively with Academy and Learning, Local Service Area (LSA) Training and Education Coordinators, Crime Training Section, Corporate Communications and other services across SAPOL to ensure health, safety and wellbeing principles are considered and incorporated into all training programs.
The role will also work closely with the Procurement and Contract Management Services Branch to participate in tender processes where external training providers are engaged and will oversee the service delivery of contracted training providers.

* The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
* The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
* Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
* The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
Requirements
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety and/or Training and Assessment or relevant work experience
Salary
ASO7 - $108,109 - $116,864 per annum.
