This crucial position sits at the heart of our clients' experience. You will oversee a dynamic front desk, coordinate medical cases, and ensure every pet and owner feels welcome, informed, and cared for.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and their pets warmly
* Manage appointments and coordinate daily workflow with the veterinary team
* Handle invoicing, payments, estimates, and account queries
* Educate clients on our services, wellness plans, and follow-up care
* Maintain accurate records, reminders, and privacy standards
* Contribute to social media and client communications
* Ensure our front of house is well presented
* Support workplace safety and smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
* Customer-facing experience with veterinary or medical background
* Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and digital
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask under pressure with a calm, compassionate demeanor
* Confident with scheduling systems and basic account management
* A team player with a genuine passion for animal care
