A respected WA-based Tier 2 commercial contractor is strengthening its commercial team and is seeking an experienced Project Contracts Administrator to support multiple high-value Perth metro projects.
This role is ideal for a CA who enjoys structured environments, complex builds, and working with leadership teams that plan well and deliver consistently. You'll be trusted with real responsibility and supported by proven systems already embedded across the business.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead subcontractor procurement, progress claims, and variations
* Track budgets, forecasts, and overall cost performance
* Maintain clear and accurate commercial documentation
* Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
* Use Cheops (or similar platforms) for cost control and reporting
* Support commercial risk management and informed decision-making
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated CA experience on commercial projects $20M+
* Strong capability across contracts, procurement, and financial control
* Experience with Cheops highly regarded
* Detail-oriented with confident, practical communication skills
* Perth-based with full Australian working rights
