About the role The Project Manager Assistant acts as the lead support within the project team, assisting with tendering, contract administration, construction phase coordination and project documentation to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully. Monday to Friday Role 7.30 am - 4 pm Key Responsibilities for the role * Tendering Support including Tender monitoring, Bid /No bid presentation, Tender set in systems, scope and site briefings * Contract Administration including contract review, approvals and compliance, Project file Set up, Requests for information, Contract summary and Subcontract Administration * Construction Phase Support including Project Start up meetings, client communication, Buildertrend Setup and Updates, Site Supervisor Folder, Procurement and Purchase Orders, Change Management, Document Control and Communications * Administration * Account and invoicing * Workplace Health and safety Skills & experience * Knowledge of relevant building codes, construction regulations and workplace health and safety requirements * Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in tendering and estimating jobs ranging from $50k - $1 million * Experience with Procore is highly regarded * A Sound understanding of general construction industry practices, terminology and processes * Familiar with common building terms and procurement processes - reading basic plans, understanding scopes, order of construction activities * Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field is desirable * Driver's license * White Card Benefits This role has an excellent opportunity for promotion for the right candiate. $75k - $80k Plus Super Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 4 pm About us Frontline Recruitment Group was established in 1995 and is made up of Industry specific verticals with specialist consultants working to help match great candidates with great career opportunities.
