As our portfolio grows, we're looking for a Guest Experience Team Member who takes pride in great service, works well in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a high-performing team.
About the Role
We're looking for someone to start casually, with permanent part-time or full-time on offer for the right person who thrives in the role.
You'll be the primary point of contact for guests from their first enquiry through to post-stay follow-up.
Your focus will be to provide warm, clear and solutions-focused support to ensure stays run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly and guests leave with a great experience.
This is a busy and varied role where you'll manage multiple conversations and tasks at once. It requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email and online messaging
* Assist guests with property selection and booking support
* Manage reservations, amendments and cancellations
* Monitor daily arrivals and departures
* Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams
* Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
* Maintain accurate records in our booking system
* Support positive guest reviews and repeat bookings
About You
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Have experience in customer service/call-centre, hospitality, tourism or reservations
* Have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
* Communicate clearly, professionally and confidently
* Stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
* Have strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Enjoy solving problems and helping people
* Can manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
* Are reliable, proactive and take ownership of your work
* Are available to work some weekends and public holidays (rostered)
Experience in short-stay accommodation, hotels, real estate or property management is highly regarded but not essential.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
