**Our Client**
Our client is a market leading beverage business located in Newtown, New South Wales. Having won numerous awards across Australia in recent years, they have also produced collaborations with international musicians, and partnered with major sporting teams.
**The Position**
This is a hands-on, generalist position supporting the business with the full gamut of HR responsibilities in the employment lifecycle, with particular focus on recruitment, remuneration reviews, performance management, succession planning, and change management. The position will suit someone who is seeking a fun working environment and who wants to assist in building a first-time Human Resources function in a start-up environment. The role could potentially go permanent in the new year.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist human resources role supporting business sizes of around 100 employees - you know what to implement and when for growth;
- A keen eye for detail and ability to create strong foundational processes and policies that suit businesses during times of growth;
- Adaptability and comfort in change, you will feel excited by a growing business and all the fun plus challenges that starting a HR function from scratch will bring;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate HR practices across all levels of the business to ensure messaging is clear and in line with company values and external messaging.
