Job Description
We're seeking a proactive System Administrator who will manage, maintain and operate our IT infrastructure, including installation, configuration and updates of hardware and software, performance and security monitoring, troubleshooting and user support. You'll be pivotal in keeping our technology running smoothly and securely, while ensuring our team has the tools they need to work effectively and you'll also participate in planning and deploying new technologies to enhance our efficiency and productivity.
A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
* Ongoing management and maintenance of core IT systems
* Integrations between systems including maintenance of single sign on (SSO) configurations
* Domain Registry management
* Escalation point for Support Team
* Implementation of and reporting on Cybersecurity applications and policies including patch management of endpoints as well as incident response participation
* Creating & updating IT documentation and training material
Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
* Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with providing support in a Windows based network environment
* High level familiarisation with Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory and EntraID (Azure AD)
* Familiarity with Azure Automation workflows (incl Power Platform)
* Familiarity with Hyper V virtualisation Technologies
* Proficiency in Powershell
* Resourcefulness and ability to multi-task in an efficient and timely manner
