About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant with preferably 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) to support our growing finance team. If you are proactive, organized, and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers
* Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
* Assist with month-end AP reporting
* Perform general accounting and admin duties as required
Requirements
* Preferably 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP, MYOB)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
* Experience in [Industry]
* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
