**About the Role**
This role is an integral valued part of the company and organisation of the memorial process, dealing with clients and trades working on commissioned projects, as well as liaising with industry partners to ensure site access and availability, meanwhile ensuring a high level of customer service and empathy is provided to all new and current clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide a high standard of customer service and respond appropriately to customer enquiries.
- Always present a professional image while on duty showing common courtesies and enthusiasm to all people interacted with.
- Gage personalities and emotions to effectively manage the communication style of clients.
- Ability to gain cooperation and assistance from other members of industry partners.
- Manage the office tasks and responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency
**Skills and Experience**
- Positive, patient, compassionate, nurturing energy, and engaging personality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including excel and outlook
- Confident written & verbal skills
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Attention to detail, organised and process oriented
