We are expanding our sales presence in the booming Ripley and Springfield region and are now seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to lead our display operations. Help customers bring their new build vision to life in one of South East Queensland's fastest growing corridors.
The opportunity
This is more than a sales role. It is your opportunity to be a trusted adviser for customers as they navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, choosing and designing a brand new home.
Based across our displays in the Spring Mountain and Ripley corridor, you will:
* Lead customers from first enquiry through to contract signing for new build homes
* Use your local area knowledge to identify opportunities and attract qualified buyers
* Build strong, ongoing relationships that drive repeat and referral business
* Represent a brand known for quality, innovation, sustainability and heart
You will not simply wait for foot traffic. You will actively engage with the community, local partners and your CRM pipeline to create opportunities and deliver results.
What you will do
In this role you will:
* Welcome and qualify visitors at our display homes and convert enquiries into committed buyers
* Guide customers through the full new build journey, from selecting a design through to contract
* Use our CRM to diligently manage leads, track activity and maintain a strong follow up rhythm
* Stay informed on local estate releases, council requirements and market trends across the Ripley corridor and surrounding suburbs
* Prepare and present tailored build solutions aligned with customer needs and budgets
* Maintain a high standard of presentation across display homes and sales office
* Contribute to local area marketing initiatives and community events to promote the Plantation Homes brand
This is a full time role, including weekend work, with two consecutive days off during the week.
About you
You are a self starter who enjoys being in front of customers and staying in control of your sales pipeline. You bring:
* Proven success in new home sales, preferably with volume or project builders
* Demonstrated experience in selling new builds, with a strong understanding of the build process
* Confident CRM capability, using systems to manage leads, follow up activity and reporting
* A genuine passion for relationship building and delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
* Local area knowledge of the Ripley corridor and wider Ipswich or western growth areas, or a willingness to immerse yourself in these communities
* A strategic, proactive mindset, always looking for new opportunities
