About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced candidates for a range of civil construction and trade-based roles. Successful applicants will contribute to the delivery of key projects including roadworks, earthworks, drainage systems, structural works, and major infrastructure developments.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of concrete work experience to be considered for this position.
South West candidates encouraged to apply - this is NOT a FIFO role.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out civil construction or trade-specific duties safely and efficiently
* Concrete repairs and patching utilising specialist grouts and repair products
* Surface preparation (grinding, sandblasting, hydro-demolition)
* Application of protective coatings and sealants
* Formwork and minor concreting works
* Use of hand and power tools
* Following safety procedures and site instructions
* Work as part of a team to deliver quality outcomes
* Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance standards
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in concrete repair/remediation
* Civil construction industry experience
* Construction White Card (required)
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (advantageous)
* Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
* Commitment to workplace safety
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
