We are seeking a senior lawyer to join our client advisory practice. As a senior client consultant lawyer, you will be responsible for conducting first client appointments and providing accurate legal advice.
* Conduct personal injury first client appointments, including eliciting detailed instructions and offering a legal cost agreement.
* Build strong relationships with clients to deliver improved conversion and client satisfaction outcomes.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure viability of matters and stay abreast of changes in law and legal process.
* Provide legal mentoring and support to junior lawyers.
* Post admission experience as a personal injury lawyer.
* Expert knowledge and passion for personal injury law.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated skills in effective networking and relationship management.
* Previous experience in managing files and mentoring junior lawyers or support staff.
