The role is part of a major digital transformation program focused on building a modern Microsoft 365 environment. It involves designing, building, and maintaining a secure SharePoint Online platform that supports collaboration, automation, and compliance across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, metadata structures, templates, and governance frameworks.
* Implement tenancy‐level policies, DLP rules, and security configurations using Microsoft Purview.
* Build automated document workflows and approval processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
* Support data migration using tools such as ShareGate and Migration Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and cyber security teams to integrate SharePoint within the broader Microsoft 365 environment.
* Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support transition and operations.
About You
* 5+ years of hands‐on experience designing and building SharePoint Online solutions in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, data classification, and retention/disposition policies.
* Skilled in Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation.
* Experience with data migration tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager) and Azure DevOps.
* Understanding of PROV and government information management standards.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
