We are in the market for an experienced ICT Systems Support Assistant, you are passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge. At CoM we strive to embrace change as our norm and therefore require a person who is innovative, agile, proactive and enthusiastic.
As the ICT Systems Support Assistant you will provide effective ICT systems support to the City of Mandurah. Administering the ICT Systems along with maintaining the day to day operation of the Council’s Information Technology help desk and investigate all PC hardware and software support calls.

**What can you bring to the team?**
- Completion or working towards Certificate IV in Information Technology (or related discipline)
- Experience with the Microsoft Windows, Exchange Servers and Active Directory
- Knowledge of
- PC software with a high emphasis on the Microsoft suite of products
- PC hardware and operating systems
- VOIP and PABX systems
- Be able to assist in maintaining a reliable and efficient Information Technology system that meets the City of Mandurah’s business needs.
- Ability to carry out basic maintenance on the City’s voice systems.
- As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test.
**The finer details**
This temporary full-time (12 months maximum term) Level Four (4) position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $81,985 - $88,153 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
