About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Console Operator to join our friendly team at The Village Greens, Brunswick Heads. This is a hands‐on role that combines customer service with back‐of‐house tasks, giving you variety and a chance to be part of a community‐focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and unpack fruit and vegetable deliveries
* Trim and prepare produce to ensure it looks fresh and presentable
* Serve customers at the front counter during busy periods
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both front and back of house areas
* Assist with general store duties as needed
Qualifications / What We're Looking For
* A friendly, customer‐focused attitude
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Physical fitness for handling produce and stock
* Attention to detail and pride in presenting high‐quality produce
* Previous retail or produce experience is a plus, but not essential
