The Role
You'll work closely with children and families to design creative, individualised therapy programs that make communication accessible, meaningful, and engaging.
Your role will include:
* Conducting assessments and delivering tailored intervention for a range of communication needs
* Running individual and group therapy sessions
* Collaborating with behaviour consultants, allied health assistants, and the broader multidisciplinary team
* Supporting NDIS funding through high-quality report writing
* Overseeing and guiding allied health assistant programming

Essential Criteria
* Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
* Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
