How you will make contributions that matter Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reliability Scheduler to coordinate and manage maintenance activities at our Allansford site. Your work will help reduce downtime, boost equipment performance, and support a safe, reliable operation—ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality dairy products. Allocate tradespeople to planned maintenance activities. Coordinate with trades to ensure task completion. Manage rosters for tradespeople. Manage leave process for tradespeople. Manage timecards for tradespeople into payroll. Support preventive maintenance programs. Promote and uphold workplace health and safety standards. Foster effective communication and teamwork across departments. About you Trade background through either retail channel (supervisor level) or building industry. And/or: Trade qualification (mechanical/electrical) or tertiary engineering qualification. Working experience in a maintenance/reliability role within food & beverage or industrial environments. (Optional) Strong administrative and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP or equivalent CMMS system experience is highly desirable. A proactive, can-do attitude with strong time management and attention to detail.
