2. Support staff recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies and manage projects effectively.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering relevant to power systems.
* Extensive experience in electricity transmission network planning.
* A strong understanding of power market rules and regulations.
* Proven capability in transmission network analysis using tools like PSS/E, PowerFactory, or PSCAD.
