Opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor/Junior or Trainee to join our team.
You will be required to assist the Service Manager with day to day operations of the service department in an efficient and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our customers ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
* Face to face contact with customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles
* Take enquiries and make service appointments
* Produce repair orders and explain to customers costs and work carried out on their vehicle, update customers of time required and extra work needed as necessary.
* Work closely with workshop controller to ensure service work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner
Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience working with KPI's and understand the core processes of a service department would be advantageous but on site training will be given to Junior or Trainees.
* Ability to work as part of a team and be able to multi-task.
* Knowledge of motor vehicles and/or parts
* Possess a current drivers licence (must be able to drive manual)
