Experienced Conveyor Belt Splicers/Rubber Liners

Business is booming and with a growing clients base across a diverse range of industries, from mining and construction through to agriculture and ports, we are looking for experienced Senior Conveyor Belt Technicians and Rubber Liners to join our All Rubber team.
These positions will be based in our Bunbury branch.
Overview
Main duties to be performed:
* Perform hot and cold splicing, and mechanical joins (fabric and steel cord belts)
* Perform conveyor belt repairs
* Operate and maintain vulcanising equipment
* Apply pulley lagging and other rubber linings
* Operate a variety of plant, machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, winches, belt winders, forklifts and hand tools as per procedures and specifications, ensure are stored and maintained in good working condition
* Selecting, preparing, packaging, labelling and loading materials and equipment required to complete work activities
* Contributes to maintaining a clean, tidy and organised site

What you will bring
* A professional, proactive and flexible and hands-on approach to work
* At least 2 years of experience in conveyor belt splicing and maintenance or rubber lining industries
* Experience working on fabric belts
* Solid understanding of conveyor systems and components
* Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team
* Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and travel for work/work away
* Attractive remuneration rates depending on experience, plus penalties and allowances
