We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our national team, playing a key role in driving high performance, promoting our culture, and delivering a meaningful employee experience. As part of a collaborative HR team, you will work closely with Principals and Managers in Victoria to embed best-practice people strategies and deliver core HR initiatives. Your approach will be human, commercial, and outcomes-focused.
You will:
1. Partner with leaders to drive high performance and provide coaching on performance and development challenges.
2. Lead and support programs including performance reviews, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
3. Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment for graduate and experienced roles.
4. Provide strategic and practical HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
5. Contribute to HR projects and support the implementation of our broader people strategy.
This is a 12-month parental leave contract offering the opportunity to join a people-focused team that values connection, trust, and professional growth.
About You
You are a confident, people-first HR professional with strategic thinking and effective execution skills. You possess:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment (or similar).
* A strong understanding of contemporary HR practices.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for people development.
