About the role
Join Personal Support Solutions as an Administration Offier in our Mittagong, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will provide vital administrative support to our dynamic team, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our company. With a focus on customer service, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
What you'll be doing
* Manage incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, routing enquiries to the appropriate team members
* Coordinate schedules, appointments and meeting arrangements
* Prepare and distribute reports, presentations and other documents as required
* Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
* Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative role with in the disability sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MYP and MYOB)
* A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
