Key responsibilities
Deliver therapeutic support services to children, young people, families, and adults.
Provide assessments and interventions as appropriate.
Coordinate and communicate interventions with carers, schools, caseworkers, and other professionals.
Conduct secondary consultation and provide psychoeducation to key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate, professional client records and ensure compliance with ACTG's Practice and Clinical Guides.
Meet billable targets and contribute to service delivery outcomes.
Participate in projects, training, and clinical supervision.
Uphold ACTG's Child Safety standards at all times.
About you
AHPRA registered Psychologist.
AASW registered as a Social Worker.
For both roles:
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in mental health, disability, education, social services, or related fields.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and the effects of complex trauma.
Experience working systemically and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Proactive problem-solving skills and strong critical thinking.
Current driver's licence, valid Working with Children Check, and willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
Willingness to travel to schools, homes, and community settings, and occasionally work outside normal business hours.
