How will you make an impact
The Enterprise Systems Platform supports in excess of 30 applications including critical applications like PeopleCONNECT (Oracle), PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Quantum, Moody's, Performio etc servicing several business areas including Group Finance, Treasury, P&C, Legal and North Operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for both daily operational (BAU) & project requirements, primarily supporting Oracle & associated modules & will be a hands‐on role:
* Production support & technical maintenance functions
* Overseeing standard change releases, patching, upgrades, DR & BCP
* Vulnerabilities, security & risks management, governance activities
* Supporting Principal in the annual planning activities
* Working with vendors and offshore teams
* Taking delivery of projects to BAU
What you will bring to the role
* SME knowledge & expertise in Oracle HCM, associated modules and other HR systems
* Demonstrated experience in Business analysis, requirements gathering, ap analysis, business process re‐engineering in a large complex environment
* Excellent Stakeholder Management & building relationships
* Excellent analytical, mathematical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with attention to details
* A passion for data and leveraging data to better define problems and pinpoint solution
* Passion for technology, excellent communication skills and the flexibility to thrive in a fast‐paced collaborative environment.
* Tertiary qualifications in computer science, engineering or other relevant qualification
* 5 years' experience in Delivery management
* Exposure to working in agile methodologies and environment
