As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice guiding our customers through technical questions, service requests, and product-related inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience, resolving complex issues, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

What You'll Do
* Be a key member of our customer service team, delivering outstanding support across phone, email, and chat channels.
* Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries, including escalations, using professionalism and empathy.
* Provide expert guidance on technical and installation questions for our premium pergolas and accessories.
* Handle cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds independently, ensuring accuracy and smooth processing.
* Collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse, transportation partners, and product development to enhance customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring
* 12 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a trade/technical field, with the ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
* Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Strong ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
* Excellent self-organisation and time-management skills to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
* IT affinity with the ability to adopt new tools quickly; experience with Zendesk, Shopify, or Aircall is an advantage but not required.
