About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pool Technician to join the team at Mobile Pool Doctor, a leading provider of pool maintenance and repair services in the Buderim, QLD area. As a casual Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of residential pools in the local community.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct regular pool maintenance checks, including testing water chemistry, cleaning filters, and monitoring equipment performance
- Carry out minor pool repairs and troubleshooting, such as fixing leaks, replacing parts, and optimising pump and filter systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any pool-related concerns
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and communicate effectively with the broader team
- Uphold high standards of health and safety procedures at all times
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar role within the trades and services industry
- Excellent working knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and pool maintenance best practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve a range of pool-related issues
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Current manual driver's licence.
