Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel industry customer support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our agents, handling and resolving incoming sales and service-related queries.
The role is primarily based in our Sydney office, however there will also be some flexibility to cover other shifts from time to time. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry or a similar support role, with excellent communication, administrative, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing high quality support to our agents, handling and resolving incoming sales and service-related queries
* Assisting agents with basic product queries, offering reservations assistance, and helping to resolve post-travel complaints
* Working autonomously and taking responsibility for seeing queries through to resolution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in the travel industry or a similar support role
* Excellent communication, administrative, and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
