The Company Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll Manager to join their team of 5 based in inner west suburb of Sydney. We are looking for someone with end to end payroll and team leadership experience. This role directly reports to the Group Financial Controller and is based 5 days in office. The Role Lead and manage a payroll team of 5, including 2 Senior Payroll Specialists and 3 Payroll Officers Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance management across the payroll function End-to-end payroll responsibility up to 5,000 employees, with an additional 1,000 seasonal staff during peak Christmas periods Oversee multiple payroll cycles, including a monthly payroll for 200 head office employees and fortnightly payroll for executives and retail staff Your Profile End-to-end payroll processing experience Strong experience with Chris21 is a MUST Proven experience managing large-scale payroll environments Demonstrated team leadership and people management capability Solid experience with year-end payroll processes and reporting.
