About the role
Calvary Hospital Riverina is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Perioperative team. This position will be a permanent part time role with shifts from Monday to Friday and some on‐call requirements. The successful candidate will work across both our Main Theatres and Surgicentre.
Your main duties will include:
* To deliver high quality and safe care for patients in the perioperative department
* To contribute to education and quality management in the perioperative department
* To practice in accordance with national, infection control and perioperative standards
About you
* Current Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA
* Post Graduate qualifications (desired)
* Demonstrated extensive nursing experience in Orthopedic Surgery
* High quality communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in clinical education and quality management
