Full time Supervisor - Pet Care & Wellness Specialist at Petbarn Balcatta. As a Full Time Supervisor at Petbarn Balcatta, you’ll help pet parents choose the best options for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends, build trust, and positively impact pets and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory assistance to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Offer knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
- Build relationships with customers with warm, genuine service
- Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence and achieve business objectives
- Keep the store organized and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
- Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
- Open and close the store with associated security tasks
About You
- A natural love for animals and people
- At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer
- Friendly, patient, and eager to help
- Organised and detail-oriented
