The Council is now seeking an inspiring and committed Principal/CEO to lead the next chapter in the College's journey. With a negotiated start date, the Principal/CEO will be a culturally grounded and educationally strategic leader, responsible for advancing the mission and values of the College while shaping a future-focused vision that is responsive to the evolving needs of students, staff and families. Leading a dedicated team and working closely with the College Council, the Principal/CEO will provide high-level leadership across strategic planning, academic programs, operational management, pastoral care, and community engagement.
With a commitment to inclusive education and a deep understanding of the power of relationships, the next Principal/CEO will continue to foster a strong, supportive and innovative culture for students and staff, while continuing to steward the College's long-term sustainability. An entrepreneurial mindset and keen business acumen would be an asset for the next Principal/CEO.
The successful candidate will:
* demonstrate a commitment to supporting the Christian values, Uniting Church ethos and culture of the College with the ability to lead a diverse and inclusive regional community
* clearly articulate and inspire a compelling strategic vision which enhances the quality of education at the College and anticipates the future needs of learners and teachers
* demonstrate a high level of engagement in effective education, with thorough knowledge of developments at international, national and state levels
* demonstrate the knowledge and the successful implementation of a range of executive leadership principles and practices in managing change and innovation in an inclusive and collaborative manner
* manage high level and complex student and staff wellbeing matters in a timely and effective manner
* provide an executive level of leadership in all aspects of the College's operations, including resourcing and people management, financial management, marketing, fundraising, communications, risk/compliance and governance
* empower staff, students and parents to actively engage with the College community through effective communication and positive relationships.
