Senior Lead, Organisational Development and Quality (0.6 FTE)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking a Senior Lead, Organisational Development and Quality to drive organisation-wide development and quality initiatives that strengthen alignment between strategic outcomes, program goals and quality standards.
The Cairnmillar Institute is a not-for-profit provider of psychological services and higher education, with a 65‐year history of supporting mental health and training the next generation of practitioners. We offer clinics, short courses, vocational training and accredited postgraduate programs in psychology, counselling and psychotherapy.
In this role you will:
* Lead organisational development strategies, programs and initiatives across the Institute
* Design and implement staff engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives
* Partner with senior stakeholders to improve performance, staff experience and alignment with strategic priorities
* Lead and contribute to quality improvement, accreditation and compliance processes
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations and organisational projects
* Prepare reports, briefings and business cases to support decision making
About you:
You are an experienced organisational development professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across strategic and operational priorities. You bring a collaborative, evidence‐based approach and are committed to fostering an inclusive and high‐performing organisational culture.
You will bring:
* Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in organisational psychology or related field
* Experience: Demonstrated experience delivering organisational development and quality initiatives, ideally within the education or related sector
* Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Knowledge: Understanding of quality assurance, governance and accreditation frameworks
