These opportunities sit within the heart of operations, offering a chance to work alongside decision-makers and directly influence outcomes on-site.NSW: These are not FIFO roles; we’re looking for candidates open to relocating. Relocation support is included as part of the offer.Role Profile:Partnering closely with the Commercial Manager, you’ll play a key role in the financial operations of a large-scale mining site. This is a broad position that goes well beyond reporting, it’s about influencing outcomes, improving processes, and ensuring the site’s financial engine runs smoothly.You’ll likely get involved in:Month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysisMaintaining and reviewing capex reporting and asset registersSupporting reforecasting, modelling and commercial decision-makingDriving financial controls and cost modelling for scenario planningIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and reportingSupporting both site operations and head office with accurate and timely dataSuccessful Candidate Profile:3–5+ years’ experience in mining or related heavy industry, in site-based rolesStrong communicator who builds relationships across both operations and financeResilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a hands-on environmentCommercially minded with an eye for efficiency and process improvementSkilled in interpreting data and communicating insights that drive better decisionsWhy Apply?These are standout opportunities to join a high-calibre team in commercially critical, site-based roles.
