Reporting to and working closely with our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will assist with data analysis, board reporting, and management reporting, while also supporting the broader finance team with EOM & EOY tasks and system implementation.This position offers a fantastic platform to develop your analytical and accounting skills in a fast-paced environment.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) SupportAssist in the gathering, organising, and reconciliation of financial data from various sources to prepare Customer Datacube, used to track Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)Conduct reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy across different sources of finance dataPrepare monthly/annually management reports and SaaS KPIsSupport rolling forecast and annual budgets, monitoring performance on a monthly basisAssist with the deep diving of variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) trackingSupport upcoming ERP system implementationContribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts/budgetsFacilitate and assist the preparation of board reporting packs/slides, ensuring accuracy and timelinessSupport the identification and analysis of financial trends and provide insights to improve business performanceFinancial Reporting SupportAssist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsSupport the reconciliation of general ledger accounts and investigate discrepanciesAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesSupport the maintenance of accurate financial records and documentationAssist with audits and compliance activities as requiredAssist with accounts payable and receivable activities as neededAd-hoc ResponsibilitiesProvide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as requiredParticipate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracyCollaborate effectively with team members and other departmentsRequirementsAbout YouWe would love to hear from you if you're a motivated and upbeat can-do-er who takes delight in organisation, multi-tasking and priority management.
