We're assisting a boutique public practice accounting firm in their search for an accomplished EA/PA to provide high-level support totwo partners and two principals.The successful candidate will have prior experience in a public practice environment and excel at managing multiple leaders while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Duties
Diary & Travel Management
* Manage complex calendars, schedule client/internal meetings, and organise travel with detailed itineraries.
Communication
* Act as first point of contact - screen calls/emails, draft correspondence, liaise internally and with clients, and escalate critical matters.
Meetings & Documentation
* Prepare briefing packs, take minutes at partner/client meetings, track action items, and follow up as needed.
Office & Filings Administration
* Maintain filing systems, and support general office operations.
Event & Project Assistance
* Coordinate firm events, team meetings, and basic research or project work as required.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as an EA/PA in public practice accounting.
* Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong scheduling, communication, and organisational ability.
* Attributes: Discreet, responsive, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a professional manner.
