About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Distributing requisitions to suppliers in line with sourcing strategy and diversity goals.
* Monitoring and delivering against solutions KPIs, escalating risks and recommending adjustments as needed.
* Managing the contractor workforce on behalf of Chandler Macleod, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in supplier or recruitment management, ideally within large-scale MSP environments.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and Bullhorn.
