Concierge
to join our Front Office team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of Australia's most awarded luxury destinations, renowned for its world-class service, attention to detail and breathtaking Whitsundays location.
As Concierge, you'll play a key role in ensuring our VIP guests enjoy a seamless and unforgettable stay – from personalized welcomes to curated itineraries and flawless coordination across all touchpoints. Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you'll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the intuitive, elevated service qualia is known for.

Where you'll make an impact
Support the Front Office Manager with planning and coordination of VIP and Beach House guest experiences
Liaise with internal teams to ensure every guest touchpoint meets the highest luxury standards
Anticipate and exceed guest needs, delivering warm, polished and intuitive service
Assist with guest arrivals, special requests, payments, room set-up and in-house transportation
Communicate VIP transfers and special arrangements with the Island Concierge team
Maintain accurate guest profiles, histories and post-reservation contact to ensure tailored itineraries
Conduct site inspections and assist with internal and external guest communications
Ensure concierge vehicles and amenities are maintained to the highest presentation standards
What we're looking for
You're an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service, an eye for detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they're spoken. You thrive in a refined, fast-paced environment and bring warmth, professionalism and poise to every interaction.
To be successful, you'll need:
Minimum 12 months' experience in a luxury or premium hotel or resort (Essential)
At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role (Essential)
Current open/unrestricted driver's licence (Essential)
International experience or exposure to luxury lifestyle brands (Desirable)
Strong interpersonal skills, immaculate grooming, and a positive, team-oriented approach
