Advanced Residential is looking for a Property Management Assistant & Receptionist to join our friendly and fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, staying organised, and helping keep things running smoothly.
You'll work closely with our Director and Property Managers to support the day-to-day management of our rental portfolio while being the welcoming face of the office.
The Role
This role is perfect for someone looking to step into the real estate industry or grow their skills in property management. You'll work alongside experienced Property Managers to ensure every detail is handled efficiently and every client feels cared for.
Key responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
• Providing administrative support to the Property Management team
• Preparing tenancy documentation and lease renewals
• Coordinating maintenance requests with contractors
• Scheduling inspections and assisting with leasing activities
• Maintaining accurate records within PropertyMe and other related software
• Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
