Physiotherapist Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Residential Care Services team in Kalgoorlie, WA.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing comprehensive assessments, formulating plans, and delivering treatment to clients. They will also communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners, case managers, and equipment suppliers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Completing comprehensive assessments, formulating plans, and delivering treatment to clients
* Communicating with residents, families, nursing staff, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners, case managers, and equipment suppliers
* Exercise prescription and review, including leading group exercise programs
* Liaising with the broader clinical team and facility management to deliver tailored care plans and help clients achieve their goals
* Effectively managing your daily schedule, including clinical and non-clinical tasks
* Participating in ongoing professional development and skill-building through mentoring and team learning events
* Delivering falls prevention workshops, manual handling training, and other education to staff
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification
* AHPRA Registration (General or Limited Registration)
* Strong clinical skills to perform comprehensive assessments, treatment, and risk assessments, as well as the ability to mentor junior therapists
* Appropriate working visa, or eligibility for a work-sponsored visa
* National Police Certificate
* NDIS Check / Working with Children Check
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team
