Job Overview
This role leads the HR Operations team in delivering strategic plans and projects, ensuring the effective functioning of payroll, recruitment, systems, and reporting. As a member of the HR Senior Leadership Group, you will be responsible for leading a team that is dedicated to providing excellent service to employees and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members. They will also have expertise in human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the HR Operations team in delivering strategic plans and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, employees, and stakeholders.
* Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective working relationships.
* Provide expert advice on human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proven ability to motivate and engage team members.
* Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
