 
        
        About the RoleIn this role you will:Supervise the day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee pay.Provide hands-on payroll support and resolve payroll queries.Maintain compliance with all relevant awards, legislation and taxation requirements.Partner with our external payroll provider, escalating queries as needed.Partner with HR and Finance teams on reporting, audits and process improvements.Identify opportunities for system and process efficiencies to enhance payroll operations.Support the final stage of a payroll software implementation project.About YouWe're seeking someone who is:Experienced in end-to-end payroll processing (minimum of 5 years preferred). 
Skilled in supervising or mentoring payroll staff.Knowledgeable of relevant payroll legislation, awards and superannuation requirements.Experienced in payroll migration projects.Experienced in ADP, MYOB, EmpLive or ActionHRM would be an advantage.Detail oriented, deadline-drive and committed to accuracy.Strong in communication and problem-solving with a customer focus.What We OfferA collaborate team setting where your expertise is valued.Opportunity to shape payroll processes and influence best practice.Competitive salary package.Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Limited schools are child-safe environments.
