Early Childhood Educator
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high quality education, care, and development for children and families engaged in our service.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. They will also possess a strong understanding of child development and learning principles, as well as the ability to plan and implement programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
* Support the Team Leader and other colleagues to deliver high quality education and care
* Collaborate with families and community members to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience working with young children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
