Key responsibilities
* Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working collaboratively with the Deputy General Manager to ensure excellent resident care.
* Support the clinical team in medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews, upholding the highest standards of resident dignity and respect.
Requirements:
Main duties and requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required. We seek individuals with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
