We have a unique prospect for an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Property Management Assistant.
The Role.
This role is ideal for a Property Management Assistant seeking to grow within a supportive and high-performing real estate team. You\'ll receive comprehensive, ongoing training and mentoring from the Director of Property Management to help you develop your skills in end-to-end property management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tenant enquiries and requests, reporting to Property Manager and/or action request as required.
- Assist with booking routine inspections as per the management authority and legislation requirements.
- Assist with issuing of any notices as per legislation, as required.
- Preparation of all tenancy related forms, including tenancy agreements, bond forms, Tenant Sign Up Packs and routine reports in the system.
- Record all reported maintenance and repairs in software system and report to Property Manager, action the work order in accordance with legislation, the management authority and lessor instruction.
- Ensure accurate filing of all documents and correspondence within agency property management software or in hard copy, if required
- Process lessor bills and tenant invoices, under direction from the Property Manager, as required and in-line with the management authority
- Record all appointments in Microsoft Outlook and share your calendar with other team members
- Attend to incoming phone calls and return calls as needed
- Maintain high quality standards in delivery of services
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation/s
Ability
