In this role, you'll lead and drive an engaging customer-driven culture within your team. You'll be self-motivated and driven by success in a retail environment, understanding the importance of engagement and play in a child's development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and support with product selection, special offers, and product enquiries.
* Assist with store opening and closing routines.
* Work closely with the store management team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.
* Support efficient inventory management, including stocktakes and cycle counts.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest product range and share your passion for LEGO with the team and customers.
Requirements:
* 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer-centric approach.
* A genuine love and understanding of the brand.
* Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment.
* Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Extensive availability to work during peak periods of trade.
* Full Australian working rights.
