We are currently working with a leading global PE Investor who manage a broad range of Real Estate assets. They are looking to add an Investment Manager into the Sydney office who has exposure to Property from experience gained through Direct Investments, Financing and/or Acquisitions.
Job Description Summary:
* Sector Knowledge: Understanding of Australia's Real Estate and M&A deal landscape.
* Deal Involvement: Experience in handling multiple workstreams across internal and external stakeholders in deal processes.
* Financial Expertise: Skilled in financial modelling
* Reporting: Capable of preparing investment committee papers and communicating investment recommendations.
Preferred background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance. Between 4-7 years experience required.
Financial qualifications (CFA, CA, or MBA) are advantageous.
Commercial and analytical mindset.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Advanced financial modelling and risk analysis capabilities.
