The Role 
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist. Part UGC ad strategist, part creative producer, and part media buyer. You'll be responsible for scripting high-converting video ads, managing a consistent pipeline of UGC content, launching these assets into Meta campaigns and monitoring performance. 
This is a hands-on role where you'll ideate, test, and iterate creative in real time, working directly with creators, editors, and the founding team to ensure we're running fresh, scroll-stopping content weekly. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Write scripts and angles for UGC-style video ads designed for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) 
- Collaborate with contractors to source and brief creators and editors 
- Review and provide feedback on incoming creator content 
- Create or oversee some static ad asset production (Figma or Adobe suite) 
Ad Deployment & Management 
- Upload video and static assets to Meta 
- Set up new ad sets, descriptions, creative testing structures 
- Monitor creative performance against KPIs (ROAS, CTR, thumbstop, hold rates) 
- Report on winning creatives and double down on successful formats 
Pipeline & Process Management 
- Maintain a consistent cadence of creative testing — aim for weekly launches 
- Stay updated on Meta creative trends, platform changes, and ad best practices 
- Proactively propose new hooks, formats, or creators to test 
What We’re Looking For 
Must-Haves 
- 12+ months experience managing creative for Meta (video & static) 
- Proven ability to write performance-driven UGC ad scripts 
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and creative-level performance metrics 
- Able to operate with autonomy, initiative, and speed in a small team 
Bonus Points For 
- Experience with creating static content in Figma 
- Previous experience in eCommerce or DTC 
- A swipe file of top-performing Meta ads or a track record of creative wins 
- Clear understanding of creative fatigue and how to manage iterative testing cycles
