Pay Rate: $60 - $64/hr Location: Brisbane Job Description As Product Service Consultant, you will have a significant impact on overall product quality and customer experience for MineStar Detect technologies. This role will provide support and service engineering services which include product validation, investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing application and technical problems. With an emphasis in project management, internal and external relations Typical task breakdown: Continuous Product Improvement Application development Evaluate defect in production products Advance support for external customer Support and maintenance of a cloud infrastructure Required: 3–6 years of experience in web/application development or application support engineering. Strong hands-on ability in: Web/API development (.NET/C#, Java) Frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript; framework experience is a plus) Strong SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server: Joins, aggregations, filtering, indexing concepts, basic query tuning Experience supporting applications in AWS and/or Azure: Monitoring, logging, basic troubleshooting, environment awareness Familiarity with Git, DevOps and CI/CD concepts. Preferred: Experience with containers (Docker) and basic Kubernetes familiarity (AKS/EKS is a plus). Additional Languages / Scripts: Python, other scripting languages Infrastructure-as-Code exposure (Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation). Basic understanding of authentication (OAuth/OIDC/JWT) and secure coding practices. Experience working in an on-call rotation and operating under SLAs. Computer science degree or similar degree however not essential The role would be an onsite role for an initial 12 months contract with possibility of extension.
