**The Role**
Join PRACC as a part-time Technical Supervisor and become an essential member of our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you'll assist in managing audio, lighting, and staging equipment, ensuring the seamless execution of our events. **About You**
You're passionate about stagecraft, with a degree or relevant experience in Stage Production. You have strong skills in at least one area of technical operations—be it sound, lighting, or video—and you're eager to expand your expertise across all. You excel at mentoring teams, prioritising safety and innovation, and have strong communication skills that allow you to connect effectively with all stakeholders.
