The Position
The main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Associate will include:
Greet and assist customers and partners at the sales office and display suites
Answer calls, handle enquiries, and direct clients as needed
Present masterplans and product options clearly to visitors
Keep the sales environment tidy and welcoming (setup, stocktakes, signage)
Qualify and follow up on leads via phone, SMS, and email using the CRM
Schedule appointments between clients and Sales Executives
Support Sales Executives with admin tasks and event assistance
Stay updated on projects and the property market to guide customers
Communicate regularly with internal teams and provide feedback to management
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will have:
You MUST hold a NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Immaculate presentation and an eye for detail
Strong people skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for property
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A natural problem-solver with a calm, confident approach
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
